SMS Program - Terms of Service

1. By taking the affirmative act of providing your telephone number and clicking “Request a Demo”, “submit”, or similar button, you are providing express written consent to receive communications from Pulse Health (including our clients or affiliates) for any purpose, including, but not limited to communicating to you about marketing activities of Pulse Health’s clients, Pulse Health, or an authorized third party. Additionally, you agree to receive communications, at any time, from Pulse Health regarding your relationship with Pulse Health clients, or any services you may use which Pulse Health provides to its clients. You agree that these communications include, but are not limited to, the use of Automated Telephone Dialing Systems, pre-recorded or artificial voice, SMS, MMS, text, fax, email or other similar means regardless of whether your phone number is registered on a state or federal “Do Not Call” list. Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2. By enrolling in the SMS Program, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older, and are authorized: (a) to enroll the designated mobile phone number in the SMS Program, and (b) to incur any mobile message or data charges that may be incurred by participating in the SMS Program. Your consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any products or services, and no purchase is necessary.
3. When you join the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
4. You can cancel this service at any time. Just answer our text with the text "STOP". After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
5. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just reply to our text with "HELP". After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
6. Participation in the SMS Program is free; however, Message and Data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Pulse Health is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by SMS Program participation. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all mobile devices and other equipment and software, and all internet service provider, mobile service, and other services needed for your access to and use of the SMS Program, and you will be responsible for all charges related to them.
